The film winding speed is usually fast, and if accidentally wrapped, it may cause limb injuries. The operator should maintain concentration during the operation and keep a certain safe distance from the winding device. At the same time, when there are abnormal situations in the film (such as deviation or wrinkles) that need to be adjusted, the winding device should be stopped first before processing.

The plastic blown film machine is mainly composed of an extruder, a die head, a cooling roller group, a traction roller group, a winding machine, and other parts.
