A plastic blowing machine is a device that heats and melts plastic particles before blowing them into thin films. To reduce plastic film blowing machine malfunctions and extend its service life, operators must operate and maintain the plastic film blowing machine normally.

Attention should be paid to the internal circuit connection of the equipment. Generally, there are many electrical components in the film blowing machine. If they cannot be connected well, it cannot be guaranteed that there will be no problems during operation. The correct shutdown process for the film blowing machine is as follows:


1. The power switch of the corona treatment machine should be turned off first.


2. Turn off the heater switches on the mold head and body.


3. Run each extruder at low speed to slowly cool the extruder and die head.


4. After the temperature of each temperature control table drops below 135 ℃, stop the operation of the extruder and turn off the up and down traction and winding switches. Turn off the power switch and turn off the compressed air switch.


5. Remove, weigh, package, and store the film from the winding shaft.


6. Clean up the leftover materials from each extruder and clean the floor and equipment thoroughly.


The characteristic of the plastic film blowing machine's aluminum casting electric heating coil is that it uses a tubular electric heating element as the heating element, which is bent and shaped, and then poured into a mold to produce various products. It has the characteristics of tight fitting with the heated body, uniform heating, good thermal conductivity, and long service life. This product is currently one of the ideal heaters both domestically and internationally. Insulation layers can be added outside the heater according to user needs, resulting in higher thermal efficiency and a savings of about 20% in electricity consumption.


Low density polyethylene films are usually made using two processes: blow molding and tape casting. The thickness of cast polyethylene film is uniform, but it is currently rarely used due to its high cost. Blow molded polyethylene film is made from blow molded grade PE particles blown by a blow molding machine, which has a lower cost and is therefore the most widely used. Low density polyethylene film is a semi transparent, shiny, and soft film with excellent chemical stability, heat sealing, water resistance, and moisture resistance. It is also resistant to freezing and can be boiled in water. Its main drawback is its poor isolation of oxygen, which is commonly used as an inner layer film for composite soft packaging materials. It is also the most commonly used and widely used plastic packaging film currently, accounting for over 40% of the plastic packaging film consumption.
