1. Start the main motor and operate at low speed to extrude the molten material. After the material is extruded, connect the air pump to inflate and form a film bubble. Then immediately turn on the fan. (Adjust the air volume appropriately according to the frost line of the film bubble. If the air volume is too large, the film bubble will float upwards, and if the air volume is too small, the film cooling will not be good and the stiffness will not be good.). 2. Feed the bubble tube into the traction roller and follow the guide roller until it is wound. 3. After completion, quickly observe whether the film bubble is deformed. If there is any deformation, adjust it in a timely manner. First, check whether the gap between the mold mouth is adjustable, whether the foam stabilizing plate is against the film bubble, and if there are no problems, check whether there are open doors and windows. If any problems are found, handle them promptly. Observe whether the membrane bubble is tilted, and if it is tilted, immediately block it with a baffle. 4. After checking for accuracy, adjust the speed of the inner, outer, and middle main motors according to the requirements of the production task notice, and adjust the traction speed according to the thickness requirements. Turn on the rotation button to rotate the mold head. 5. After the film bubble stabilizes, measure the thickness and width of the film to see if it meets the required standards. (If the thickness is too thick, adjust the gap between the mold openings, or reduce the air flow of the air ring appropriately to further expand the film. Alternatively, increase the traction speed appropriately to make its thickness thinner. If the thickness is too thin, the opposite is true. The width is controlled by an air pump.) 6. At the same time, measure whether the width of the inserted film meets the standards, If it does not meet the requirements, the plug-in board should be adjusted appropriately to achieve compliance. Observe the degree of symmetry of the interpolated film and check for any misalignment. If there is any misalignment, adjustments should be made promptly.
