1、 Basic conditions of the site
Requirements for Factory Space
Adequate space needs to be reserved in the installation area. Generally, the height of the factory building is not less than 8 meters, the width is not less than 10 meters, and the length depends on the equipment model (usually 20-30 meters)
At least 1.5 meters of maintenance access should be reserved around the equipment
Consider the reasonable layout of raw material storage areas, finished product storage areas, and auxiliary equipment (such as air compressors, chillers, etc.)
Ground bearing capacity and flatness
The ground bearing capacity needs to reach 5 tons/square meter or more
The ground flatness error shall not exceed ± 3mm/2m
It is recommended to use a concrete floor with a thickness of not less than 200mm and to do a good job in dust prevention
environmental conditions
Temperature control within the range of 15-35 ℃
Maintain relative humidity between 30% -70%
Avoid direct sunlight and strong airflow interference
The factory building needs to have a good ventilation system
2、 Power supply conditions
Power requirements
Voltage: 380V ± 10% (three-phase five wire system)
Frequency: 50Hz ± 2%
The total power depends on the equipment model, and generally requires a reserved power capacity of 200-500kW
An independent distribution cabinet and overload protection device are required

4、 Installation technical requirements
Equipment positioning and leveling
Using laser level for equipment positioning
Levelness error ≤ 0.1mm/m
The deviation of the centerline of each unit is ≤ 1mm
Key points of mechanical installation
The extruder base is fixed using chemical anchor bolts or expansion bolts
The installation of the mold head must ensure concentricity, with a deviation of ≤ 0.05mm
Adjust the distance between the wind ring and the mold head to a better position
The traction device is synchronized with the winding device

The hydraulic oil pipe adopts high-pressure hose, and a leak proof device is installed at the joint
The cooling water pipe adopts stainless steel corrugated pipe
