The three-layer co extrusion blown film machine mainly uses an extruder to feed molten plastic particles into a diffuser, and then extrudes them outward through the extrusion port. After being cooled by a cooling roller, the extruded plastic film is further pulled by a traction roller and finally rolled up by a winding device.


The extrusion mechanism of the three-layer co extrusion blown film machine is the core of the entire equipment. Composed of three extrusion mechanisms, each responsible for extruding different types of plastic pellets. Final inspection: After the blowing of the film is completed, check the quality of the film in a timely manner, including its thickness, width, and surface smoothness. If there are any problems, adjust the process parameters or equipment settings in a timely manner.
