The production process of casting CPP thin films is divided into 11 stages:

Resin extrusion melt plasticization - T-head extrusion - casting - cooling roller shaping - corona treatment - traction - coiling - storage natural shrinkage - segmentation - finished product.

Compressed air blows the casting film onto the surface of the cooling roller and tightens the cooling roller to improve the cooling effect. Further cool both sides of the film through two cold rollers. The casting film has sufficient cooling, so the production speed is 60~100m/min higher than the injection molding method, which may be 3-4 times faster than the production speed of blown film.
